General Policies
Please allow 48 hours up to 2 weeks for product to be shipped, as most items come directly from our suppliers' warehouses. You should receive your order, via UPS or fedEx in approximately 7 to 10 business days, excluding holidays (Only in USA). Plan your shopping accordingly. Most orders are shipped UPS which does not deliver on the weekend. As long as your order is not shipped or "shipping soon," you may change the shipping or billing address online. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by us. PLEASE PLEASE Inaccurate information such as a non-matching billing address or invalid contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, address formats, etc) may delay shipping. If any items are temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the shipping date and give you the option of canceling these items from your order. Carrier may require signature for delivery regardless of customer comments upon checkout. Quantities of any products may be limited to stock on hand. Express delivery Packages ship within 24 hours and will arrive 2-3 business days after shipping. (Orders placed by 12:00 pm (EST) ship the same day; orders placed after 12:00 pm ship the following business day). Add $15.00 to the Standard Shipping and Processing Charge for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states. Please provide a physical address and any special delivery information (i.e. apartment number, floor number, business name). At this time Express shipping is not available for international do to custom. Available for in-stock items only All orders are subject to verification. International Delivery Order usually arrives within 14-21 business days (for in-stock items only). Due to customs Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Wet Touch World ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Check with your country or customs agent to determine what, if any, taxes, duties or restrictions may apply. Shipping costs are not refunded if orders are returned by customs or failed delivery attempts. No refund is given on stolen or confiscated orders. Check with your customs agency to verify our products are allowed into your country from the USA. Retail packaging. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Backordered Please verify your email address when ordering. if items are sold out the balance of your order will be shipped. If items are due in our warehouse from suppliers, we may email you to advise of order delays. All items and prices are subject to availability stock on hand and subject to error we are not responsible for typographical errors including errors in printing, websites, emails etc. and reserve the right to adjust any pricing or cancel items or orders without notice. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery. Shipping Restrictions Due to certain product content and embargo restrictions, we do not ship all products to all countries. Countries That Are Restricted From All Shipments: Mexico, Burma, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Syria Tracking order Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from the UPS Internet tracking site.

Taxes
Most items shipping within the state of PA are tax exempt. Taxes are not charged on orders shipping to other states.
Return Policies
When you buy from us you can rest assure that you are buying a Brand New product , never tried-on nor a return product. You have to think that when you buy from sellers that accept returns for intimate products you may be buying something that was a return and tried on, So due to sanitary reasons of our products (and to comply with state health regulations) we don’t accept returns. (non-refundable and non-exchangeable). If your items are by chance defective or were shipped in error, notify us immediately. We must receive the approved exchange within 15 days of purchase and within 3 days of delivery. Shipping charges are always non-refundable. Apparel, Costumes and accessories and/or styles are subject to change without notice due to manufacturers changes or production. Shipping/handling is always non-refundable and not reimbursed for any credit. If an item is returned by the carrier as undeliverable or unaccepted for any reason, shipping/handling will not be refunded and the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
